DLO Electrician needed in Croydon Paying £20.30 per hr ref OR109856
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works within occupied and void properties.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations.
- Complete planned, responsive, and emergency maintenance works.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation, and organisational procedures.
- Complete all required documentation, certification, and job records accurately using mobile technology.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, , contractors, and colleagues.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Participate in emergency call-out and out-of-hours services where required.
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service and value-for-money maintenance solutions.
