The Web Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operation, development, optimisation, and evolution of the Leasys UK website. The role delivers best‑in‑class customer journeys, optimises digital performance, and drives online growth through effective content governance, SEO, paid media coordination & performance reporting. The role is advisory and cross‑functional, acting as gatekeeper for all website content and a central point of coordination between UK Marketing, Central Digital teams, Sales, Legal, and external agencies.

Location: Hybrid (Home‑based with two days per week in Pinley House or Botanica Hubs)

Salary: £40‑45k based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Operations & Digital Platform Management: Develop and manage the Leasys UK website according to local strategy and communications requirements. Own all digital content including pages, offers, services, imagery, video, legal/financial copy and interactive components. Ensure accuracy, compliance, brand alignment and customer‑journey excellence across all digital touchpoints. Plan and implement major/minor website updates, ensuring testing, performance tracking and cross‑device optimisation (mobile/tablet/desktop). Audit Leasys and Stellantis brand websites to verify content accuracy and digital effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery: Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid media & display campaigns. Manage, optimise and report on performance marketing channels including Google Ads and other paid platforms. Collaborate with creative, content, and external agency teams to produce strong campaign assets and conversion‑focused content. Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting, Analytics & SEO: Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting (monthly minimum, plus weekly/daily during campaigns). Coordinate SEO reporting with Central Digital teams and translate insights into local actions. Analyse website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates and provide improvement recommendations. Review competitor activity and emerging digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation and performance enhancement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with UK Marketing, Sales, Legal, Central Digital teams, Stellantis CMO teams, and external agencies. Influence stakeholders as the gatekeeper for digital content and site governance. Ensure brand‑content compliance and quality across all digital channels.
  • Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all content (including promotional, legal and financial) meets compliance requirements. Maintain high UX standards and resolve issues quickly to minimise customer impact.

Performance Measures: Website evolution and performance aligned with business priorities and digital strategy. Lead and conversion performance improvements driven by UX, SEO, paid media, and content optimisation. Accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of content updates. Quality of reporting, insights and strategic recommendations.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Core Skills: Strong balance of creative judgement, brand understanding, analytical ability, and commercial focus. Excellent project management, organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong collaboration skills with ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail, particularly for legal/financial content accuracy.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Expertise in SEO, paid media management, and analytics. Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager. Understanding of content marketing and social‑media strategy.
  • Technical Skills: Adobe CMS, SEO tools, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pimcore, High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Personal Characteristics: Enthusiastic, proactive, results‑driven and customer‑experience focused. Adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Passionate about digital innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in website content or digital project management. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and using analytics tools highly beneficial.
