Job Description

Project Coordinator (Retrofit)

£35,000 base salary with £45,000 bonus potential. Hybrid working, company car, bonus, training, and progression opportunities.

Location: Coventry (commutable).

Do you have a background in Project Coordination within a retrofit environment and are looking for a new role with a growing company that offers training and progression opportunities, alongside mentoring from industry experts and the chance to develop your career further?

This long-established energy consultancy specialises in large-scale retrofit projects within the social housing sector. They are now broadening their focus to include commercial and new-build projects, looking to grow their team to support ongoing expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating retrofit projects from conception to completion.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Working within a hybrid team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator within a retrofit environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting and travel to Coventry as required.

The salary advertised is a guideline for this position. The offered remuneration will be dependent on the extent of your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
