This is a pivotal role where you will transform complex technical requirements into compelling, winning bid submissions that drive our business forward.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the bid lifecycle, from initial planning to final submission. You’ll be the bridge between our technical experts and our clients, ensuring every proposal is cohesive, innovative, and perfectly aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Leadership: Compile and manage comprehensive bid management plans, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality solutions, cajoling content from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create a single, persuasive voice.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop win themes and impactful post-tender presentations.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a central bid library of best practices and innovations to ensure we are always moving forward.
- Digital Presence: Develop engaging social media content for LinkedIn to showcase our successes.
What You’ll Bring
- Industry Expertise: Proven Bid Management within the Commercial or Industrial Facilities Management sector.
- Professional Certification: APMP Bid & Proposal Management Certification (or equivalent).
- Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in MS Office 365; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into simple, winning narratives.
- Autonomy: A self-starter who is comfortable working alone or as part of a collaborative team.
