Job Description My client now seeks a SENIOR CONTRACTS ENGINEER / CONTRACTS MANAGER to join them on a large industrial new build project which is in the U.

This is a hybrid role between the U.

K. and the U.

A. with around 50/50 in each country.

The project will run for 4 - 5 years or more.

Responsibilities Work on contracts administration and contracts management.

Possibly handle a smaller amount of claims.

Add value to the client.

Qualifications Trained as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a BSc and MRICS qualification.

Minimum of 12 years experience of contracts administration and contracts management.

Experience of claims desirable.

Experience on new build industrial / power projects.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Willing to travel as the role will be half based in the U.

Must be able to add value for the client.

Benefits Salary in the region of £108,000 to £132,000 per annum.
