Job Description
We are Chiswick based residential design & build studio. We specialise in residential extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments offering our clients services from concept to completion.
We are currently looking to expand our team and hire an experienced Construction Project Manager to run new and ongoing projects of loft conversions and kitchen extensions.
We are looking for someone with minimum 2 years of experience with residential extension projects in London, good people skills and clean UK driving license. The job will require you to get projects started on site and manage until final sign off. You will be required to attend weekly meetings with clients and builders, track additional works, payments and certifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project programming and quality control
- Weekly progress meeting on site
- Issue progress reports to clients
- Manage building control sign off and inspections
- Coordinate on site works with build team and clients
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction details is must.
The position is full time and will be exciting for someone who is looking to grow with our company and become a core team member.
Salary: £40-45K per annum plus incentives
