Dalkia is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Compliance Coordinator to support our team at Dungeness Power Station. This is a key role ensuring our processes, documentation, and standards consistently meet the highest compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control essential working documentation, including RAMS, equipment registers, insurance certificates, and inspection records
- Support the delivery of internal and external audits
- Manage and update the central compliance tracker database
- Work closely with Contract Operations and QSHE teams to uphold compliance policies and procedures
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
About You
- Experience in a similar compliance-focused role (any industry considered)
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated
- Understanding of legislation and statutory compliance requirements in any sector
