We are an established commercial landlord launching a dedicated waste management and recycling division to support our property portfolio and commercial tenants. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and help build a scalable, service-led operation with strong long-term growth potential. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Waste Services Manager with a background in waste management, recycling or logistics to oversee the day-to-day running of operations and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate drivers, subcontractors, and daily collection schedules.
  • Manage client accounts across our commercial property portfolio and external customers.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Raise invoices and oversee accurate account administration.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and commercial clients.
  • Support tender submissions and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure operations comply with UK waste and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve operational or service issues quickly and professionally.

About You

  • Previous experience within the waste management, recycling or logistics, management sector.
  • Strong organisational and operational coordination skills.
  • Experience managing customer accounts, invoicing, and contracts.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of UK waste compliance and Duty of Care requirements.
