The business has built a strong reputation by combining high-quality client service with an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach that gives its people the freedom to succeed without the layers of bureaucracy often found elsewhere.

  • Alongside managing the team, you’ll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new instructions, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency business.
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across a range of commercial property disciplines, providing a varied and engaging workload.

  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider consultancy
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the agency team

About You

  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong commercial property agency experience, ideally within office markets
  • Knowledge of the Central London and/or South East market
  • Background within a property consultancy
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Opportunity to lead and grow an established agency team
  • Greater autonomy and influence than typically found within larger corporate consultancies
  • Entrepreneurial business with ambitious growth plans
  • Collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely enjoy working together
  • Regular company socials, team events, and company getaways
