The Opportunity

As Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our project delivery owning the commercial strategy and ensuring projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll:

  • Lead commercial strategy across major infrastructure projects
  • Drive profitability through smart cost management & risk mitigation
  • Take ownership of contract negotiations with key clients & partners
  • Influence critical decisions alongside senior leadership
  • Shape and mentor a high-performing commercial team

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment:

  • Proven experience in commercial management / quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure
  • Strong expertise in contracts, procurement & financial control
  • A confident negotiator who builds lasting relationships
  • Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and solutions-focused
  • A natural leader who brings energy, accountability, and ambition (Chartered status such as MRICS/CICES is a plus)
