This role sits right at the intersection of food innovation and commercial delivery. You’ll blend creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring products are exciting, on‑trend and commercially successful. From spotting what’s next and shaping menu concepts, to managing margins and driving profitability, you’ll have a direct influence on the future direction of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging food trends, shifting customer behaviours and new market opportunities
  • Source and develop exciting new products, menu items and add‑on ranges
  • Lead menu planning and product development from concept through to launch
  • Stay ahead of the curve through market research, competitor insight and continuous exploration
  • Build and manage strong relationships with external partners
  • Review P&L performance, manage COGS and monitor ROI
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional activity to drive engagement and revenue
  • Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution across the business
  • Present commercial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders
