£55,000 basic salary + overtime + call‑out. My client is a growing, forward‑thinking building services specialist delivering high‑quality HVAC, FM, and PPM solutions across London and the M25. What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing and maintaining commercial gas and heating systems
- Fault‑finding and reactive repairs
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Working across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Representing a professional and customer‑focused business on‑site
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, etc.)
- Strong background in commercial building services
- Experience within HVAC / FM environments
- A proactive, reliable engineer who takes pride in their work
- Full UK driving licence
