Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the installation you have been assigned.
- Complete the installation to the specification of the survey and the client criteria and to all governing body regulations.
- Report any reasons why the above cannot be achieved to your installation supervisor.
- Complete all contract-specific paperwork at the time of the installation and acquire all necessary signatures.
- Carry out your duties professionally and courteously, show awareness and respect for other people's property, and maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of your work.
- Return to any recalls at the request of your installation supervisor.
- Complete the assigned installation within the set time frame.
- Complete all paperwork including timesheets and H&S Monitoring forms.
- Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to.
- Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- The ability to work with a diverse customer base.
