Based at our Nayland site, we are currently looking to recruit seasonal workers to join our business on a full‑time temporary basis through our busy summer season, starting from July through to October 2026.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van.
- Processing farm‑saved seed on site.
- Assisting with setting up the processor.
- Checking the quality of bags to be filled.
- Liaising with the operator to maintain good levels of stock.
- Ensuring the site/machinery is clean, tidy and Health and Safety processes are always adhered to.
- Establishing good and safe working practices.
- Always providing a high level of service and customer care.
Skills and Experience
- No previous experience is required; however, agricultural, engineering or grain handling experience would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
