What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering Civil and Structural engineering design on varied and high-profile projects.
• Preparing and checking designs, drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Guiding and mentoring Engineers and Technicians within the team.
• Attending client, design, and site meetings, bringing insight and collaboration.
• Supporting Directors and senior leaders with project resource planning and commercial management.
• Contributing to bids and proposals and upholding CDM and QMS standards.

About You

You’re a progressive, people-focused engineer who’s recently chartered or well on the journey. You thrive in a collaborative environment and want to influence both people and projects with empathy and technical excellence.

You’ll bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
• Experience across multiple sectors (e.g. residential, education, commercial).
• Strong design and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership potential.
• A passion for sustainable, design-led engineering.
