Business Operations Manager to play a key role within the leadership team.
The Opportunity
This is much more than an Office Manager or Executive Assistant position.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, improve systems and processes, support the leadership team and help shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director and senior leadership team
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Manage office administration and business support functions
- Coordinate HR administration, recruitment and onboarding
- Monitor compliance and company policies
- Organise leadership meetings and business reporting
- Manage supplier relationships and facilities
- Support property and contract administration
- Review and improve systems, processes and efficiencies
- Identify opportunities to introduce technology and AI to improve business performance
- Ensure projects are delivered effectively and deadlines are achieved
- Act as the central point of coordination across departments
