- A passion for enabling new products will be crucial and new B2C and B2B revenue streams in a product and multi-cloud / SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills to participate in product innovation meetings at board level to discuss the technology roadmap.
- A strong people manager and leader.
- A very positive mindset with a can-do attitude is key!
- Passionate about getting things done and able to engage people across the business to complete goals and quickly drive value.
- Any experience in Salesforce, Adobe AEM, Analytics, Targett and Campaign, Zuora and AWS will be highly beneficial.
- Experience working in a consultancy or digital agency environment.
- Strong technical understanding of software development – ideally a background as a Developer would be a bonus.
