Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Complete service calls and repairs at residential rental properties
- Diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, general handyman work)
- Handle work orders efficiently and close them out promptly
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future issues
- Communicate job status, updates, and completion clearly
- Maintain quality workmanship and ensure repairs are done correctly
