I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a large-scale residential development in Basildon. This is a great opportunity to join an established contractor delivering a major residential scheme, with a competitive salary, excellent benefits and the chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.
The Role
- Overseeing mechanical installations across a large residential development.
- Managing mechanical subcontractors and site-based trades.
- Coordinating works with electrical teams and the wider construction team.
- Ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Attending site meetings and reporting on project progress.

- £65,000 basic salary + bonus

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor.
- Strong background in mechanical building services / MEP.
- Experience working on large-scale residential projects would be highly advantageous.
- Confident managing subcontractors, coordinating installations and driving site progress.
