Job DescriptionBirmingham The successful candidate will independently manage cost consultancy commissions from feasibility through final account while advising clients on procurement, commercial strategy and contract administration. Responsibilities Lead pre-contract and post-contract cost management commissions Advise clients on procurement strategy, value engineering and commercial risk Administer JCT contracts including valuations, variations and final accounts Monitor project costs, cashflow and financial reporting Deliver commercial advice across new-build, refurbishment, fit-out, recladding and reinstatement projects Requirements Chartered MRICS status Practical experience administering JCT construction contracts Established pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying experience Experience across property or construction sectors Consultancy or transferable contractor-side experience Salary
