A well‑established multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its Planning team with the appointment of a Planning Consultant, Senior or Associate (level dependent on experience). Responsibilities
- Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
- Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
- Supporting and leading on development plan representations
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities (Senior/Associate level)
- Supporting team leadership, mentoring and project oversight
