What You’ll Do

  • Maintain beautiful landscapes (mow, trim, edge, clean up)
  • Operate commercial equipment: mowers, trimmers, trailers, blowers, snow tools
  • Assist with planting, mulching, and small construction projects
  • Participate in snow and ice management during winter
  • Gain exposure to various divisions: turf, ornamental, irrigation, fertilization, design‑build, and enhancements

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (3‑year history)
  • Willing to drive or learn to drive truck/trailer combinations
  • Reliable attendance and team mindset — we work closely together
  • Confidence interacting with job appropriate apps
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and grow — no experience necessary
  • Ability to pass a 7‑year background check and drug screen (We are open to conversations around prior convictions)
