What You’ll Do
- Maintain beautiful landscapes (mow, trim, edge, clean up)
- Operate commercial equipment: mowers, trimmers, trailers, blowers, snow tools
- Assist with planting, mulching, and small construction projects
- Participate in snow and ice management during winter
- Gain exposure to various divisions: turf, ornamental, irrigation, fertilization, design‑build, and enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (3‑year history)
- Willing to drive or learn to drive truck/trailer combinations
- Reliable attendance and team mindset — we work closely together
- Confidence interacting with job appropriate apps
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and grow — no experience necessary
- Ability to pass a 7‑year background check and drug screen (We are open to conversations around prior convictions)
