We’re currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor who are looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to their commercial team. Role

  • Preparing accurate electrical cost estimates for projects ranging from small works to larger installations
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Producing detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Supporting bid submissions and tender returns
  • Identifying cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within M&E / building services
  • Strong understanding of electrical installations and commercial pricing
  • Confident interpreting technical drawings and specs
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
