Person specification:
- Qualifications
- Essential criteria: Education to post-graduate degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Desirable criteria: Educated to master's degree. Project Management qualification such as Prince2.
- Personal Qualities
- Essential criteria: Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Desirable criteria: Flexible and adaptable.
- Skills
- Essential criteria: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Teams. A good working knowledge of Cancer MDT processes and CWT targets. Experience of working to fixed deadlines and timescales with proven record of achieving these. Ability to work under own initiative whilst achieving set deadlines. Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops and staff engagement sessions with detailed action logs.
- Desirable criteria: Experience in cross organisational working. Experience of facilitating cancer MDTs. Experience of service redesign or improvement.
