Job Description
My client is a fit out contractor currently undertaking a multi million pound commercial fit out in Cambridge. They are currently seeking a Site Manager to run the internal works package for approximately 4 months. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful site manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely and the project is completed to programme and cost. Duties will also include snagging and finishing duties to achieve the highest quality handover.
The successful candidate will have 5 years experience working for a main contractor, be highly motivated, driven and professional.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required: CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
