Temporary role supporting the delivery of a refurbishment project of an educational facility. The initial project will last at least 12 weeks, starting early July.
Responsibilities
- Managing all on-site operations from project commencement through to completion.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Driving quality control and ensuring excellent site presentation.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and direct labour on site.
- Overseeing materials, plant and day-to-day site logistics.
- Working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitoring programme progress and resolving on-site issues proactively.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Site Manager.
- Previous experience within commercial, education or healthcare sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage programmes and maintain momentum on site.
- SMSTS essential.
- Valid CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
