What We’re Offering:
- Potential Annual Salary: £80,000 to £105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography.
- Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity (£35,000+ in your first three years – we’ll explain during the interview).
- Hybrid Model: Blend of in‑person (center‑based and in‑home) supervision with up to 50% of direct supervision conducted remotely when clinically appropriate. Most case management and indirect work can also be completed remotely.
- Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3–4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. The Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed.
- Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, an annual in‑house conference featuring leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring they implement treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
- Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs, develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem‑solve to help each client reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB.
- Active LBA Certification in the state of Massachusetts issued by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, TB test, and pre‑employment physical exam (cost covered by the employer).
