Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands‑on training to apprentices and qualified electricians.
• Support learners through their Level 3 electrotechnical apprenticeship.
• Carry out assessments and provide meaningful, constructive feedback.
• Help learners build not just technical skills—but confidence and professionalism.
• Contribute to the development of training programmes and course content.
• Work closely with a small, collaborative team that values fresh ideas and continuous improvement.
