Machine Operator in Caerphilly

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and packaging a range of plastic goods with attention to detail and fault monitoring.
• Operating machines on a semi-automatic basis (when trained).
• Manual handling tasks including stacking pallets, wrapping, and moving pallets on trolleys.
• General cleaning duties around the workstation.
• Cleaning mouldings using solvents, when required.
• Ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.
• Operating multiple machines after appropriate training.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a factory or similar environment.
• Own transport due to the location.

Key Details:

• Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am) - 2 days, 2 nights.
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts with paid breaks.
• Hourly Rate: £12.71ph
• Additional Allowance: £55 Attendance Allowance (if all hours worked in one week)
