Role: Business Development Manager (HVAC / Mechanical Services) – Liverpool / Northwest. Salary £42,000 – £47,000 + Commission + Progression + Company Benefits.

Role

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the Northwest
• Manage key client relationships and develop long-term partnerships
• Lead proposals, quotations, and client presentations, working with technical teams
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Own and maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records

The Person

• Proven B2B sales experience in HVAC, mechanical, FM or M&E services
• Full UK driving licence
