Business Analyst (with experience on Oracle Fusion projects)
Must have extensive Higher Education experience.

About the Role
We are urgently seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a fast-moving Oracle Fusion project at a London University. With a significant number of business processes still unmapped, we need capable BAs who can hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver high-quality process documentation within a tight timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a significant number of currently unmapped business processes
- Work closely with subject-matter experts to gather and validate process detail
- Map end-to-end processes and clearly document the agreed future state
- Coordinate workload across the team and provide cover for existing Business Analysts while they are on leave
- Ensure the business remains closely involved throughout, particularly where Oracle Fusion configuration or design decisions are being made
Essential Experience
- Strong business-process or service-design experience gained within Higher Education
- Proven experience working on an Oracle Fusion project — HE sector experience strongly
