We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance & Customs Manager to join the team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customs and compliance matters across the UK, Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland
  • Monitor and interpret changes in regulations, working closely with the central customs team in Germany
  • Oversee tariff classification and export control processes
  • Maintain and improve compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements
  • Manage reporting obligations with regulatory bodies (e.g. F-Gas, FCA, ESG, PPT, EPR, AEO)
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and dealer network
  • Lead on all AEO and customs-related topics

About You

  • Experience in customs and compliance within the UK (training or professional experience)
  • Proven ability to implement compliance monitoring and risk assessment processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
