Are you a curious, analytical thinker with a passion for innovation and product development? We’re looking for a proactive individual to join a dynamic Research & Development team, supporting the creation and launch of new products from concept through to market.
This is a varied and commercially focused role where you’ll play a key part in identifying new product opportunities, coordinating development projects, and ensuring successful product launches. You’ll work closely with multiple teams and engage directly with customers to help shape products that meet real market needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities
- Generate and evaluate new product ideas aligned with business strategy
- Engage with customers to develop insight-led product concepts
- Organise and attend customer research meetings
- Prepare clear and detailed design briefs for Product Design teams
- Project manage product development activities, ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders
- Support the planning and coordination of product launches
- Assist in managing and reviewing the existing product portfolio
- Degree in Product Design, Marketing, or a related field (minimum 2:1)
- Strong analytical and research skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
- High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
- IT literate (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience in R&D, Marketing, Product Development, or Project Management
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management
- Experience conducting customer research or market analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally within a business environment
