We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead major site-based construction projects from concept through to completion and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-side project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering complex projects.

Pay rate: £40.44 per hour

Contract: 12 months, 35 hours a week, 4.5 days a week, 7am to 7pm (hours confirmed within this time period).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end construction project delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk registers.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Build strong working relationships with project teams and contractors.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven construction project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
  • Knowledge of the full construction lifecycle and Health & Safety standards.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to translate client briefs into detailed project requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree/HND in Construction, Building Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional membership such as CIBSE, IMechE, or IET.
  • Proficient in MS Project and G‑Suite.
