Job Description
Successful Demolition Contractor seeks estimator/project manager with the following requirements:
- Needs to be able to prepare and calculate detailed costs for labor, material and equipment.
- Needs to be able to manage project scheduling, progress meetings, job completion and closeout requirements.
- Needs to be able to work with on site field crews towards the implementation of the work.
- Needs to be able to function in a hectic, energetic and bustling environment; slackers need not apply!
- Needs to be able to cover our working territories; we go to the work, the work does not come to us!
- Construction management degree preferred, but willing to consider outstanding work experience and history.
