We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a former gym space being converted into new Prayer Rooms.
Scope of Works:
- Ceiling infills (following removal of a spiral staircase)
- New flooring installation
- Full decoration package
- Construction of two ablution rooms
- Electrical works
- AV installation package
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 14:00
40 hours per week
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience managing internal refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of M&E coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme
- Excellent communication and site-based leadership skills
