Role Title: Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
Location: East Sussex (3–4 days in office)
Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a high-growth consumer goods brand based in East Sussex, who are seeking a Head of Logistics & Inventory to join their rapidly scaling business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-led, international growth brand where you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the end-to-end logistics and inventory operation across the UK, EU, and US.

Key responsibilities for the role of Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations -
- Lead end-to-end logistics and inventory operations across multiple international regions
- Own and manage 3PL relationships, ensuring strong service, cost, and operational performance
- Drive inventory governance, stock accuracy, and visibility across ERP and distribution networks
- Improve logistics processes, systems, reporting, and operational scalability
- Manage last-mile delivery performance and customer experience
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and stock control
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
- Manage and develop a small logistics and inventory team
Key experience required for the role of Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations -
- Proven logistics and 3PL management experience within FMCG, consumer goods, food, wellness, beauty, or e-commerce environments
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and international logistics operations
- Experience working within fast-paced, scaling, or challenger brand environments
- Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience improving processes and performance
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and logistics reportingExperience managing suppliers, logistics partners, and operational stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a growing business
