Procurement Manager – Hinkley Point C

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities on‑site at Hinkley Point C.

You’ll play a key role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, driving cost‑saving initiatives, and ensuring the smooth delivery of procurement operations across a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day procurement activities for the site operation.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations.
  • Process purchase orders and requisitions through SAP.
  • Identify and deliver cost‑saving and value‑adding opportunities.
  • Support supplier audits, commercial reviews, and procurement compliance.
  • Work closely with operational and commercial teams to improve efficiency and maximise value.

Requirements

  • Extensive procurement or supply chain experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CITB HS&E Managers and Professionals Certificate.
  • Construction sector and SAP experience desirable.
