- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities on‑site at Hinkley Point C.
You’ll play a key role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, driving cost‑saving initiatives, and ensuring the smooth delivery of procurement operations across a major infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day procurement activities for the site operation.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations.
- Process purchase orders and requisitions through SAP.
- Identify and deliver cost‑saving and value‑adding opportunities.
- Support supplier audits, commercial reviews, and procurement compliance.
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to improve efficiency and maximise value.
Requirements
- Extensive procurement or supply chain experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CITB HS&E Managers and Professionals Certificate.
- Construction sector and SAP experience desirable.
