Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong electrical engineering background and a passion for driving operational excellence?
We're looking for a hands‑on Electrical Production Manager to lead a busy manufacturing operation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.
This is a key leadership position where you'll oversee production, develop teams, champion continuous improvement and collaborate with departments across the business including Design, Projects, Sales, Finance, QHSE and HR.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing the day‑to‑day electrical production operation
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and profitability
- Managing production planning to meet customer requirements
- Coaching, mentoring and developing production teams
- Collaborating closely with Design, Projects, Sales, Finance, QHSE and HR departments
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality standards
- Overseeing resource planning, subcontractors and production schedules
- Leading production meetings and ensuring actions are completed effectively
- Supporting project handovers, client inspections, factory acceptance tests and installation readiness
- Contributing to strategic planning and operational improvements across the wider business
What We're Looking For
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental regulations
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Management qualification such as ILM or equivalent
