About the Role
You will take responsibility for managing multiple roofing and cladding contracts across Yorkshire, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing projects from pre-start meetings through to completion and handover
- Planning programmes and coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and plant
- Carrying out regular site visits across multiple live projects
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site
- Liaising with clients, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and design teams
- Monitoring programme, quality, commercial performance and project costs
- Managing project documentation, reporting and contractual administration
- Resolving technical and operational issues to maintain programme delivery
- Supporting successful project completion and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing and cladding
- Experience delivering industrial or commercial roofing projects
- Strong knowledge of refurbishment, overcladding and new build roofing systems
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS Black Card or equivalent management qualification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
