We’re looking for a Senior Creative Design Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis, to define and elevate the brand and packaging design strategy for one of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands. You’ll shape the brand world across thousands of touchpoints, lead high‑profile creative programmes, and influence design seen by millions. This isn’t just another design leadership job — it’s a chance to own the creative future of a major brand. You’ll set the long‑term vision for packaging and brand, lead flagship seasonal and tier‑wide design programmes, and act as the senior guardian of a brand world with huge cultural reach.
