Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. To an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a BMS Operations Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a BMS Operations Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the BMS Operations Manager, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Perform BMS installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide technical support and lead your team.
• Handle administrative tasks (timesheets, performance reviews).
• Foster strong client relationships and manage escalations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Leadership potential with prior management experience.
• Proficiency with BMS technologies (Trend, Honeywell, Siemens).
• Relevant engineering qualifications and HVAC/electrical experience.
