This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use development, within a collaborative and well-resourced planning team.
The Role
- Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals from inception through to determination.
- Provide planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Lead on projects and mentor junior members of the team.
- Engage with local authorities and key consultees.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership with significant experience).
- Strong experience within consultancy or local authority planning.
