An established and highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join its growing Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use development, within a collaborative and well-resourced planning team.

The Role

  • Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals from inception through to determination.
  • Provide planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Lead on projects and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Engage with local authorities and key consultees.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

About You

  • MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership with significant experience).
  • Strong experience within consultancy or local authority planning.
  • Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships.
  • Commercially aware with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
