About the Role

You'll deliver professional, efficient technical support across a range of MFDs and photocopiers, ensuring timely fault resolution and high‑quality maintenance. Working both independently and as part of a wider engineering team, you'll contribute to a strong service culture built on collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support within agreed SLA timeframes
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and accurately
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and modifications
  • Assist with equipment installations and configuration
  • Understand and adhere to SLAs for assigned accounts
  • Carry out basic fault finding across managed print solutions
  • Provide cover for colleagues during absence or peak periods
  • Log service calls accurately and promptly
  • Report recurring faults to support proactive resolution
  • Share technical knowledge with team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Manage boot stock and site stock levels effectively
  • Attend manufacturer training to maintain technical proficiency
