Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice that provides expert design services to the residential and commercial sectors. We are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to manage a range of residential projects in our Birmingham studio.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a range of residential projects from inception through to completion.
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and team members.
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
Qualifications & Experience
- ARB registered.
- Successfully completed you RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience.
- Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a relevant role in a UK practice.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
- Housebuilder experience desirable.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout and master‑planning experience.
- Excellent drawing and design skills.
- Strong experience working on projects across RIBA stages 0‑3.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area.
