Your new role

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take responsibility for producing and delivering mechanical building services designs from concept stage through to project completion. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and CAD technicians within a supportive and technically strong team.

Key responsibilities

  • Producing mechanical building services designs, calculations, specifications and drawings
  • Leading or supporting mechanical design packages across multiple projects
  • Coordinating with internal design teams, CAD specialists and external consultants
  • Attending site surveys, inspections and design meetings
  • Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, industry standards and client expectations
  • Managing your own workload while contributing to wider team delivery
