If you love working in property but you’re craving something more interesting, this one’s going to grab your attention… This role is with a property consultancy, as Lettings Negotiator in their Asset Management team, working on one of the UK’s biggest infrastructure portfolios. This is a genuinely unique role letting and managing properties for clients such as HS2, Highways and East West Rail. This isn’t your typical residential lettings job. Instead, you’ll be working across a mixed portfolio of residential houses, small commercial units, farmland, land parcels and temporary compounds, all held as part of major infrastructure projects. No two properties (or days) are ever the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Marketing properties to let and arranging viewings
- Registering applicants and contacting them about suitable properties
- Negotiating terms and producing tenancy documentation
- Completing reference checks, ensuring cleared funds, other compliance checks
This is a full time, permanent role, working on a hybrid basis, with the office in central Birmingham a short walk from the cathedral, nearest train station Snow Hill.
What’s on offer:
- A rare opportunity to work on major UK infrastructure portfolios
- Excellent career routes into asset management, estates, rural practice or commercial property
- Supportive team, strong training culture and structured progression
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
You might come from residential lettings, rural estate management, commercial property admin, or a similar property background. If you’re ready for a role that blends lettings, estates work and infrastructure impact, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today!
