Salary: £25,893 per annum or £13.46 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
Contract: Temporary (sickness cover)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality grass cutting across estates and communal areas using modern equipment
- Hedge, bush and shrub trimming, pruning and seasonal planting
- Weed control, strimming and edging to ensure a neat, well-finished appearance
- Safe removal and disposal of green waste
- Litter picking and general site tidying
- Light maintenance of paved and slabbed areas, including sweeping and weed treatment
Important Requirements (Essential)
- Full UK manual driving licence – this is essential
- Ability to drive a manual company vehicle as part of the role
Desirable
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
- Banksman training
- Licence to drive a trailer
This role is subject to a Basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
