You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day electrical repairs, fault finding, and remedial works within occupied social housing. A professional, customer‑focused approach is essential due to the tenant‑facing nature of the role.

Qualifications:
- 18th Edition Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- AM2
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (beneficial)
- Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Full UK driving licence
Benefits:
- Base salary: £38,500 per year
- Call‑out rota: 1 in 4 weeks
- £100 standby payment
- £50 per job attended
- Weekly job completion bonus (outside call‑outs)
