This is a ground-floor opportunity to define and scale an electrical system that will be manufactured and deployed repeatedly into high-stakes environments.

Role:- Own the electrical system for a high-value, repeatable product line from design through deployment.
- Influence electrical distribution strategy, panelization approach, grounding systems, lighting and controls integration, and mission-critical interfaces during product definition.
- Build and lead a dedicated electrical team: Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Designer, Electrical Manufacturing SME, and Electrical Construction Lead.
- Partner with product, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, program leadership, and construction to drive component standardization and cost discipline.
- Ensure electrical scope integrates into a manufacturing-based production environment with minimal field rework.
- Align product design intent with site execution during early deployments; lead hands-on where needed.
- Convert field performance data into structured product revisions that reduce variability and improve margin over time.
- Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Master Electrician or equivalent demonstrated leadership also considered.
- Strong electrical design background — ability to influence design decisions that eliminate downstream complexity is essential.
- Prior leadership of cross-functional or dedicated electrical teams; individual contributors will not be considered.
- Direct accountability for electrical cost performance, margin ownership, or large-scale budget control.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, grounding and bonding requirements, and power distribution systems.
- Hands-on experience with switchgear, generators, UPS systems, utility coordination, and mission-critical redundancy architectures.
- Ability to read and evaluate electrical design documents, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
- Commissioning integration experience.
- Data center or high-reliability environment background; strong electrical distribution background also considered.
- Open mindset — experience or genuine comfort with manufacturing, prefabrication, modular construction, or analogous environments (e.g., shipbuilding, industrial prefab) is a strong differentiator.
